Stripe: installed during the direct payment process through the Website, for the purpose of securely processing payment and preventing fraud. Please consult Stripe's privacy policy for further information.
Repuso: installed when the Website's customer reviews section is loaded.
Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok): installed only if the User accesses Ebike Experiences Lanzarote's social profiles via the links available on the Website, and are managed by those platforms in accordance with their own policies.

The Website does not, as of the date of this update, use its own analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), nor advertising cookies from Facebook, Google or Twitter. Should any such cookie be incorporated in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and the User's prior consent will be requested through the corresponding settings panel, before installation.

6. Legal basis and consent

Technical cookies are installed without the need to obtain the User's consent, as they are strictly necessary to provide the service expressly requested, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. Any other cookies, should they be used in the future, will require the prior, informed, specific and unambiguous consent of the User, which may be given or refused through the panel displayed on accessing the Website, and which may be withdrawn at any time as easily as it was given.
